Data Fabric, Visual Forge and World Model
Three plans: honest data, scenes with a paper trail, beliefs that can be revised.

Three written plans that belong together. Some of their rules are already written into our development harness as guidance. As systems, none of them exists.
Data Fabric is the plan for taking in open data about the world without promoting it on the way: a news report would stay a report, an estimate an estimate, a correlation a correlation. There would be no single score for a country or a person.
Visual Forge is the plan for making 3D scenes for our world: state the intent first, look for existing assets before generating new ones, check the licence, judge from a real render, and record where everything came from.
World Model is the plan for a closed loop: hypotheses become predictions, predictions meet evidence, beliefs get revised and the old ones are kept. Whatever is generated or simulated would not count as true of reality for that reason alone.
