Noetic Humanity OS

The name is bigger than what we can say about it. The concrete idea: groups of any size, from a household or a team to a community or a city, would each keep their own shared vocabulary, values and rules for settling disputes, in a form a machine can read, and connect as a federation. There would be no central store of the truth. What is private, what a community claims and what is public fact would stay three different things, and disagreement, minority views and failed attempts would be kept alongside agreement. It is the last step of a long plan, after the Noetic Computer, and none of it exists.
