A small Linux system for one node: replace the base, keep the identity and memory.

We intend a ready-made Linux system for running agents, not one more general-purpose distribution. Its base would be immutable and updated whole, while identity, memory, history, databases and models live apart from it, so the system can be replaced and what it holds stays. That is the manifesto's continuity turned into an engineering requirement.
It would keep a verifiable history of events, in which a conflict stays on record after it is resolved. Skills would come through a package manager of its own, signed and audited, with the least trusted given the fewest rights. Text in a prompt would never grant a permission.
The plan goes in stages: a runtime on existing systems, then the system itself, perhaps later a phone.
